We aim to have orders dispatched to you as soon as quickly as possible. We post from our local Post Office which closes at 1pm on weekdays and 12 noon on Saturdays and your order will therefore not usually be posted the same day it is placed. You should expect to receive your package within 3 to 5 business days for Standard delivery and within 1 to 3 business days for Express delivery. 

However, because of current delays arising from a significant number of strikes by Royal Mail, it could take longer for your order to be posted and delivered, please see the list below of planned strikes for October, November and December 2022.

Royal Mail will not consider your item to be lost until 14 days after your order has been posted. If your order has not arrived after 14 days please contact us by email.

​Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, without a tracking number. If a free delivery offer is running at the time your order is placed please note that this will be limited to delivery within the UK. 

​If there are any extenuating circumstances which might delay your order further, you will be notified by email to advise of the delay and to discuss options.
