Whether you shop with us in person here at Readymoney Cove or online from afar, I'm always so grateful for every visit, message and little bit of support you send our way. Tide Tokens are simple - earn points, save them up and redeem them for money off your next gorgeous treat from Fowey. Here's how it works.
How to Earn Tide Tokens
You'll collect Tide Tokens automatically when you shop with us online. So not only can you shop for fabulous gifts from Cornwall, you can save money at the same time, hurrah! In the bottom left corner of the homepage you'll see a yellow bubble which says "Rewards", just click it to sign up. - it's there whatever type of device you're using. Here's a handy list of all the current ways to earn.
1. Place an Online Order
Whether you're shopping by gift recipient or simply by product, you'll find all sorts of thoughtfully curated products sourced from Cornwall, the South West and beyond in our online shop. You'll earn 5 Tide Tokens for every £1 spent online. Your points appear in your account as soon as your order is placed, there's no need to do anything else, the website pixies will take care of it for you.
2. Celebrate your Birthday
We love a celebration! Add your birthday to your account and you'll receive an extra 100 Tide Tokens as a little gift from us.
3. Follow us on Instagram
Stay connected to life at our special little Cornish cove and earn 50 Tide Tokens when you follow us on Instagram via the loyalty widget (the techy name for that little yellow Rewards bubble).
4. Like us on Facebook
Show us some love on Facebook and you'll pick up another 50 Tide Tokens, again use the yellow Rewards bubble to join all the dots.
How to Redeem your Tide Tokens
Once you've collected enough Tide Tokens in your account you can exchange them for money off your next online order, yippee! Dip your toes in with a small saving or bank them up for a bigger splash!
Where to Find Your Balance
Simply log in using the yellow Rewards bubble on the bottom left. Once you're in, you'll see
- your current balance
- ways to earn more
- any rewards you can redeem
Our Tide Tokens scheme is all handled automatically through our Smile.Io powered rewards widget, it's magic! Trust me, this is a good thing because if I had to work out the tech myself it would never happen!
